Annual ACH audits help assure financial institutions that they have developed strong ACH risk management practices.
Every financial institution that sends and/or receives entries through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network is required to perform an annual ACH compliance audit. The National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) requires that every financial institution conduct their audit no later than December 31st each year. Our staff is able to assist you with completing the work that that must be considered during the annual audits.
During our on-site visit, we will review your policies, procedures and a sampling of transactions and exception entries to ensure compliance with the NACHA Rules. Our goal is to help your staff understand what needs to be done based on the ACH Rules and why. Upon completion of our review, Management will be sent a written ACH Audit report with findings and recommendations for improvement of your ACH program.
